Restoring Humanity to Immigration
We can’t talk about reforming our country while turning a blind eye to the cruelty of our immigration system.
Our country was founded by immigrants and built by immigrants. Our diversity is what Makes America Great ALREADY.
But our immigration system is broken — by bureaucracy, cruelty, and indifference. We make it harder and harder for good people to come here legally, then punish those who are simply trying to survive.
We need to fix the system, restore compassion, and make the pathway to citizenship faster and more attainable.
It’s time we end mass detentions and stop raids.
ICE has been terrorizing communities and we need stop letting them treat people as criminals for wanting a better life — especially those who’ve lived, worked, and paid taxes here for years.
No human being is illegal.
And no parent should live in fear that ICE might tear their family apart in the middle of the night.
Immigration reform isn’t just about policy — it’s about humanity, values, and remembering who we are as a country at our core.
